Lisa Brantley

Lisa Brantley serves as President and Managing Director of Leadership Solutions Group, LLC (LSG).  For over 15 years, she has devoted her time to human resources management, executive recruiting, financial accounting, training and development, and client relationship management, uniquely equipping her to offer a high level of expertise, insight and value for her clients’ organizations.

Lisa employs a collaborative and consultative approach combined with an unwavering focus to drive significant impact on the businesses, careers and lives of others. Everything she does is driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to deliver exceptional value.

Prior to starting LSG, Lisa served as Vice-President of Business Development and Recruiting for Axia Partners, a professional services and consulting firm, where she led the firm’s financial recruitment practice. She was also responsible for building client and partnership relationships to produce growth in multiple lines of business. Prior to that, she worked as an Executive Recruiting Consultant for Donovan and Watkins. Brantley began her career with Moody National Companies, a growing real estate services organization, where she served as the Controller as well as the Director of Human Resources.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University and has completed the Professional HR Development Program at Rice University.

Prior to her time with Donovan and Watkins, Lisa served as a Management Consultant and Trainer for Fred Pryor Seminars where she delivered educational seminars and training in the public arena as well as Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. She was one of the company’s highest ranked trainers and had the opportunity to deliver training programs for Walmart Corporation and The Department of the Air Force as well as many other organizations across various business sectors.

Lisa has spoken and delivered leadership training to thousands of business professionals and has been commended for her energy, passion and insight.

VOLUNTEER WORK
Lisa serves as President of the Board of Directors for AIM Adoptions, a not-for-profit organization that has successfully provided loving homes for over 2,000 children of all ethnic backgrounds, some even with extensive medical conditions. The biological mothers of these children are also cared for with compassion through services that include housing, clothing, food, personal hygiene items and medical care.
